We did a couple of articles in our newsletter a few years back that dealt with the subject of LCD displays, and how they relate specifically to color issues:

Also, if you do a search for “Review” in the ColorWiki, you will see a lot of reviews of LCD displays. Some of these models are obsolete now, but reading the reviews will give you an idea of the features to look for when comparing displays. (There are features that we need in a color managed setting, that are not of much use to a “gamer” for example.)
