Hi All, been a Colorthink user since day 1 to today with 4.2, loved the potential, but always frustrated by the slow development, unreliability and lack of feedback on bugs. Today I decided to see how easy it would be to do CT tasks using AI - so I asked Claude to create me a 3D Lab interactive plot of a CGATS file. 3 mins later I had an interactive HTML viewer plot that was better than I get in CT. Each point would display its value if I hovered over it - no pressing keys etc. I think there is probably nothing I do in CT that I can’t get Claude to do. Its a bit slower to set up as I have to wait a few mins for its action, but its robust. Claude is also great at fixing code so maybe time they got Claude to fix the CT source code so its robust! I would rather use CT as its faster to set up, but on average if you include the regular freezing maybe its not faster today. BTW I am on a super fast 32 core threadripper with 256G memory so my machine performance is not the issue here. Just laying out the reality here…
