Has anyone had issues with the Blue Eye software? I just went to 10.6.5 (from 10.5) on my MacPro using a Lacie 321 and can’t get a profile to complete! Lacie sent me the latest software 4.5.5 but seems to be getting stuck, jumps back to previous steps then seems to hang up.I’ve let it go for up to 30 min. with no progress. Any one else experience this?! The puck is working correctly I’ve tested it on my laptop using other software. Thanks.
I had trouble even running the Blue Eye Pro software for 10.6 - so I just switched to using the newer Blue Eye Pro PE software (v.1.0.3). Having no problems with that so far.
