Colorthink2.2.exe has stopped working

The program previously worked fine in XP SP3 32 bit, but re installation in Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit gives the following error:

Has anyone else had this problem and can anyone offer a solution?

I have encounterd the same where ColorThink stops working when I select an option from the menu bar. I had no issues when using previously in either Windows XP or Vista 32bit.

Yes, unfortunately we don’t have a Win 7, 64-bit version of ColorThink 2 available yet.

Your best hope in the meantime might be if you have a version of Win 7 that can emulate the Vista or XP 32-bit operating system? You would be able to run it that way. Our ColorThink 3 (Pro) version runs fine on Win 7, 64-bit - if you run it using the latest beta version, but not everybody wants to pay to upgrade to that.

We’ve had quite a few projects dumped in our lap lately, so we have fallen behind on some updates like this. We do plan to get to an upgrade to this software soon, but it might be several weeks yet.

Unfortunately, the beta23 of colorthinkpro 3 don’t works fine under Win7 64 bit : no grapher window is displayed ! :blush:
(win 7 home premium 64b and ATI HD 4670)

From within ColorThink Pro, choose Web > Feature Request/Bug Report, fill out the form and submit it to us. We will try to figure out what’s going on.
