Dual Calibration using Spyder 3 Elite

I have one Samsung SyncMaster 226BW and one SyncMaster 225BW the 225 is older and have calibrated both using Spyder 3 Elite.

I think my results are pretty close to each other after doing this but the brightness is quite different.

Its much brighter on the 225, but I cant turn the 226 up as its set to the maximum brightness value. Im not sure what the solution is for this.

Any help is appreciatted,

What brightness are you aiming for with both of these?

The Elite software should allow you to dial in the specific luminance you set unless the monitor is not capable of hitting it. It’s also possible that the RGB controls on the front of the monitor are turned to a low setting, which may make it darker.
