Feedback System

I am trying to upload a session file through the feedback system that I needed some help with. However, I keep getting the message that I’m not connected to the internet. I don’t seem to have any problems with the internet.

Hi Rick,
I just did a quick test of the feedback upload system in Curve 2.3 and I did not find any problems.

I hear there may have been a hiccup in the system about 12 hours ago on our end, but there is nothing that should be preventing your uploads now.

I guess just try it again. If you still have trouble, you can certainly send your session file to support at chromix.com. We prefer to get questions through the feedback system because it automatically tells us what software/hardware you’re on, but the main thing is that you send them to us one way or another!
