Is it possible to transform Lab to CMYK using Icc profile

I have two colors Lab values are measured by instrument.
I want to adjust another one to match.
for example:
In printing I can just adjust CMYK values, so Can I obtain CMYK values from an icc profile or formula?

Yes. Make a patch of the Lab colour in Photoshop then convert to CMYK using the relevant CMYK profile and rendering intent.
