I’m trying to profile sintra and when I try to print swatch it says “Error unable to find specified media or mode”. Help!

You may get more feedback there. I would try to delete the media and start over. Are you able to profile other medias? You could try to duplicate one of those, rename it and remove the calibrations, ink limits and profiles.
