Profile Manager hangs

When I open the Profile Manager, it hangs forever, showing “Evaluating Sets” in the corner. It consumes no CPU time when it’s in this state. I’m running ColorThink 2.1.2 on WinXP SP2. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. I tried installing it on my laptop, also running XP SP2, and it does the same thing. Other functions seem okay, but if I open Profile Manager, I have no choice but to abort the program and start over. Any help available on this?

This is a known issue that affects some Windows systems. We have it fixed for the upcoming release, which will be very soon. If you email me directly, I can give you a temporary fix. I don’t want to type it directly here, but it’s techsupport (one word) at chromix dot com.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Help is on the way!
