I am running Color Think Pro on my Mac 10.4. Everytime that I try to run the Profile Medic, I get an error message “Error n01”. The medic then seems to fake looking for files but without any progress. Anyone else had this problem?

On my Windows XP installation I had a similar sort of problem with CT 2.1.3, but don’t recall that specific problem recurring on CTPro. I fixed this initially by removing all my version 4 profiles from the default profile storage folder (which was a bit inconvenient, but I simply substituted V2 profiles instead). CTPro has also had some problems reading the “mluc” tags from the V4 profiles (failing altogether), so I guess it is possible that the CT problem propagated into the Mac version of CTPro.
