Whenever I send a file to be cut by our Roland PC-12 printer/cutter, an error message comes up. We used to run the PC-12 on an iMac and it worked fine. However, our IT department made us get rid of the Mac so we’re trying to get it to work on a PC using Windows XP. It doesn’t say what the error is or how to fix it. Just that it’s an error. We’re using the proper colour swatch, file format, usb port, xp drivers etc. so I’m clueless as to what the problem is.
Is there a way to find out what the specific error is? Any one know how to fix the problem?
